WHEN WE REFUND OR REPLACE
✅ We Will Refund / Replace If:
  • Belt arrives damaged or broken
  • Product is defective in materials or craftsmanship
  • Custom text is wrong due to our error
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Order lost in transit (not arrived in 45 business days)
❌ We Cannot Refund If:
  • Customer entered wrong custom text
  • Change of mind after design approval
  • Delays caused by customs or carrier
  • Issue reported more than 30 days after delivery
  • Damage caused after delivery
CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order at any time before you approve the design proof — a full refund will be issued with no questions asked.

Cancel anytime before design approval = 100% full refund guaranteed.
Once you approve the design and production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted as your belt is already being custom crafted.
