All championship belts sold on titlebelts.shop are made-to-order and fully customised based on the information you provide at checkout.

• Please double-check all custom text, names, and spelling before submitting your order
• Text and design changes are only possible before design approval
• We are not responsible for errors in custom text submitted by the customer
• Product images on the website are for illustration purposes — final product will match approved proof

• All prices are displayed in USD (US Dollars)
• Payment is accepted via PayPal and Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• We never store card details — all payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• Prices include production and worldwide shipping — no hidden fees

• A design proof is sent to your email within 1-2 business days of ordering
• You are entitled to unlimited FREE revisions before approving the proof
• Production begins only after you explicitly approve the final design
• Production time is 4-5 business days after design approval
• We are not liable for production delays caused by late design approval from the customer

• Free worldwide shipping included on all orders
• Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days after dispatch
• Tracking information emailed upon dispatch
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
• Customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes
• Ensure your shipping address is correct — we cannot redirect orders once dispatched

You may cancel your order at any time before you approve the design proof. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

As all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will issue a full refund or replacement if:

• The belt arrives damaged or defective
• The custom text is incorrect due to our error (not customer error)
• The wrong product is delivered
• The order is lost in transit (not delivered within 45 business days)

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with supporting photos to support@titlebelts.shop.

All content on titlebelts.shop including text, images, logos, and designs is the intellectual property of MOAZAM AZAM, UNIPESSOAL LDA. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

By submitting images for custom belt production, you confirm you have the legal right to use those images and grant us a limited licence to use them for production purposes only.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
